- Power Clean: 10 reps
- Russian Twists: 20 reps
- Bench Press: 8 reps
Skill building:
- Handstand Walk: 4 sets of 20 feet
- Focus on keeping your core tight and eyes forward. Take your time to control the movement.
Cardio:
AMRAP 12 minutes:
- Running (400m)
- Dumbbell Snatch: 15 reps (alternating)
- Box Jump-overs: 10 reps
